• Phone number - normally this field is optional for messages, but a valid telephone number is required when requesting a sample CD.

• Comments - 
  • Include a full mailing address to the recipient of the CD that includes the name of the event. Example:

• Indicate the dates the event will be held (for scheduling purposes).

Requests that do not include this information will not be considered for a sample CD.

The Chris King Band reserves the right to deny sample CD requests at its sole discretion.

Special reminder: The sample CD is the copyrighted property of Chris King and The Chris King Band. The CD cannot be reproduced in part or in total for any reason, in any media or format without the expressed written permission of Chris King.

The sole exception is that promoters and publicists may use tracks from the sample CD for radio or television promotional campaigns, providing credit is given to The Chris King Band as the supplier of the media being used.
